BUSINESS SURVEY 2018
Since April 2011, businesses trading in Bath City Centre have enjoyed the benefits of being part of a Business Improvement District (BID). To ensure that the Bath BID continues to support businesses in achieving their business objectives, we would like to understand your thoughts on the current and potential future focus areas of the Bath BID from the perspective of your business. Your answers will inform the Bath BID action plan up to 2021. All responses will be confidential and anonymised in the processing of results.

The survey will take no longer than 15 minutes to complete and upon completing the survey you will be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win a pair of tickets to The Bath Festival Finale Weekend.

PRIZE DRAW: Would you like to be entered into the prize draw? By selecting you wish to be entered into the prize draw you agree to the prize draw terms and conditions, which can be read below.

(1) You will be automatically entered into a free prize draw when you complete the survey leaving your contact details and tick 'yes' to signify you would like to be entered into the prize draw.
(2) Winners must be over 18 years of age and resident in the UK. Employees of The Bath BID Company, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion, are not eligible to win.
(3) By entering, the participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
(4) There are a pair of tickets to the Bath Festival Finale Weekend to be won. Ticket terms and conditions apply.
(5) The winner will be selected at random from all entries received.
(6) The prize draw is ongoing until Friday 18th May 2018.
(7) The winner will be notified by e-mail within 14 days of the draw date.
(8) The prize must be claimed and used, by the winner at the Bath Festival Finale Weekend 2018.
(9) The prize is not transferable and no cash alternative is available.
(10) The Bath BID Company will not take responsibility for any lost tickets - replacements cannot be issued.
(11) If you are a winner, the Bath BID Company may request you to participate in any publicity or promotion organised by the Promoter including promotional photographs.
(12) The registered address of the Bath BID Company is Third Floor, 21 Stall Street, Bath, BA1 1QF.
(13) Details of the winner will be available four weeks after the draw date by sending a Stamped Addressed Envelope to Third Floor, 21 Stall Street, Bath, BA1 1QF.
(14) The Bath BID Company reserves the right to withdraw this offer or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
(15) In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms and Conditions, the conduct, results and any other matters relating to this prize draw, the decision of the Bath BID Company shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
